Starter: Baked Camembert with Honey and Walnut

Baked Camembert with Honey and Walnuts

Ingredients:

1 whole Camembert cheese (optional in a wooden box)

2 tbsp honey

50g walnuts, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

Fresh thyme

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Remove Camembert from its packaging and place back in its wooden box. Score the top in a crosshatch pattern.

Drizzle honey over the cheese, sprinkle with minced garlic, walnuts, and thyme.

Bake for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is gooey and melted.
